Sauna

Feeling like enjoying a sauna session? Follow the steps below for proper use:

*Take your time in the sauna. Don't go into the sauna right after a meal or on an empty stomach.

Operating an electric heater:

- The lighting can be turned on/off with the white switch on the left wall.
- Adjust the desired temperature with the left dial.
- Set the user time with the right knob (1 through 4), staying within the white dial area.
- The heater needs approximately 60 minutes to preheat the sauna.

Before entering the sauna:

1 Remove makeup
2 Shower
3 Dry off

Attention! Always keep the sauna door closed.

Warming up (8-12 minutes):

4 Sit or lie down
5 Pour water over the stones after 5-7 minutes
6 Sit for the last 2 minutes

Cooling down (10-15 minutes):

7 Move around in fresh air
8 Cool down
9 Shower

After the sauna:

10 Rest
11 Drink water

 

Never pour sauna oil directly onto the stones. Always dilute it first in water.
After use, turn both knobs back to the 0 position and switch off the lighting.

Do not enter the sauna if you have medical conditions.
