Check-in is possible from 3:00 pm. At Sheep House, you check out at the end of your stay before 10:00 am, at Farm House before 11:00 am. Unfortunately, arriving earlier or leaving later is not possible. There is a chance that the cabin is being cleaned or still needs to be cleaned.
Tiny Hotel is located in North Brabant, in the small village of Nistelrode. This is approximately a 25-minute drive from Den Bosch. We have an organic farm with about 8 hectares of land surrounded by beautiful trees. The cabins are located in the middle of the yard, between our other (holiday) homes. Our two homes are located directly next to the cabins, so you may also encounter us in the yard. Of course, we have ensured enough privacy and freedom.
We are huge animal lovers, but for various reasons, we have decided to keep the cabins pet-free. We have our own ‘zoo’, including dogs, but even our own animals are not welcome in the cabins.
Tiny Hotel is very suitable for children. There are toys for the kids inside and animals to cuddle with outside. The go-karts can also be used. So plenty of ways for children to have fun! The garden at Sheep House is closed, at Farm House it is not. We live on a dead-end road, which means that few cars will pass by. However, please be aware that you keep an eye on your child(ren) in the yard. We live on a farm and there is always activity. Tractors sometimes drive by and animals run loose. So every day is different!

If you want to cancel or change your reservation, you can change the reservation via the email you received when booking. There may be costs involved. Tiny Hotel is not obligated to meet the request for a change. Read more about cancellations in our terms and conditions.
Other rental websites often charge high additional service fees on the nightly rate. If you decide to book through our own website, it’s usually the cheapest.
There is so much to do in the area. For that reason, you will definitely want to come back several times! You can park your car in our general parking lot. During loading and unloading when you arrive and depart, you can park the car close to the cabin.
Electric bicycles can be charged under a canopy. Unfortunately, it is not possible to charge your car at Tiny Hotel. The charging station at the residential house is for personal use.
Tiny Hotel is located on an organic farm, so it is normal to encounter ants, mosquitoes, and some other bugs from time to time. We have installed screens on every window. We also periodically treat the interior of the cabins with a natural insecticide to try to keep insects away as much as possible. However, since guests frequently leave windows and/or doors open, we cannot guarantee that there are no insects inside the cabin.
Smoking, grilling, and/or using a pizzarette are not allowed in the cabin. If we find out that this has been done, there will be an additional cost associated with it.
